Everyone agrees that strategy is important. But most organizations struggle to communicate their strategy beyond the top two levels, let alone execute them.
I have faced the strategy problems, firsthand over the last 15 years. I have run innovation workshops that went nowhere and felt like chasing a tail. I have had goals & objectives that didn’t align with strategy. I have delivered projects with what I thought were stellar results, only to know that they didn’t serve our strategy. It was in my management consulting stint, I learned how widespread these problems are.
I wanted to do something about it. What started as a project to support my consulting practice, grew on me and ultimately became Tesoract.
